Mô tả |
- Ensure the quality and productivity of team members, make sure that team’s operation meets SLAs and KPIs.
- Supporting agents in dealing with calls from difficult customers.
- Keep the agents updated in terms of procedures and work custom.
- Coaching and training staff to ensure service delivery.
- Monitoring staff absence and resignation.
- Make sure team members have high standards of work custom and the compliance of company regulations.
- Giving support for team in terms of solving current issues and potential problems.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu |
- At least 2-year experience in Call Center and Customer Service (at least 1 year of relevant working experience)
- Time Management Skill.
- Being a dynamic coordinator between teams.
- The ability to observe and judge staff’s performance.
- Being a cheerful inspirer to keep team’s atmosphere
- Well-presented with effective communication and presentation skill.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
